What Our Deep Cleaning Covers

NOTE: This service may also be needed to get a home “on track” and ready for our ‘Maintenance’ House Cleaning Service

In addition to our ‘Maintenance’ House Cleaning Package, your McMaid team will:

  • Do an extra thorough vacuuming & dusting throughout the home
  • Dust all walls and standard height ceilings
  • Dust AND polish all wood furniture
  • Vacuum under and behind all safely moveable furniture
  • Vacuum all upholstered furniture
  • Wash all woodwork (baseboards, doors and door jambs, windowsills, sashes, frames and switch plates)
  • Hand wipe all light fixtures and ceiling fans on standard height ceilings (no ornate or crystal chandeliers)
  • Deep clean and sanitize all bathrooms with special scrubbing and treatment for tiles and any glass shower enclosures
  • Deep clean and sanitize kitchen including inside of microwave and refrigerator

Kitchen

  • Dust or damp wipe outside of cabinets and handles
  • Wipe down and polish outside of appliances

  • Clean and disinfect counter tops

  • Scrub sink and clean faucets
  • Vacuum and wash floor on hands & knees

  • Wash accessible baseboards

  • Clean inside microwave
  • Clean window over sink

Bathroom

  • Scrub and sanitize tub, toilet, sink & shower
  • Clean and sanitize counter tops
  • Wash and dry polish mirrors
  • Damp wipe vanity front
  • Dry polish all chrome
  • Vacuum and wash floor on hands & knees
  • Wash baseboards

Throughout the House

  • Dust all window sills and sashes
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust table fronts, sides and legs
  • Polish table tops
  • Vacuum carpeting and hard floor surfaces
  • Vacuum stairs
  • Dust stair rails
  • Dust door frames, ceiling moldings & accessible baseboards
  • Dust wall hangings, light fixtures, lamps
  • Empty wastebaskets
  • Clean 1 set of patio doors (both sides weather permitting)
  • Clean entry door window
  • Change linens or make beds
